If you fail to prepare then you prepare to fail.
Auditions, castings and self tapes. It isn’t always about landing the role, it’s about doing the best job you can, showing yourself in a good light and making informed and considered acting and character choices. Whether you are right for that particular part or not isn’t in your control but a confident and well prepared audition will almost certainly lead to another one.
Script work.
The script, character breakdown and/or storyboard are your starting points but where do you go from there? We can help you do the work and make your choices before you audition or put yourself on camera for a self tape. If you aren’t local then we can do the work over zoom and charge an hourly rate of £35 and a 30 minute rate of £20. We begin by going through all the materials like detectives looking for the clues, then we come up with a plan for your performance. We’ll provide notes and feedback and encouragement. You’ll leave the session feeling confident, having made strong acting and character choices and fully understanding the script.
